Welcome to Five Mile Point!

Five Mile Point is a primitive campground located on the shores of Lake Wallenpaupack. Five Mile Point is dedicated to youth groups and the preservation of youth camping, environmental education and preservation of our land and waters.

Organized youth groups, such as girl and boy scouts, church and synagogue groups, lgbtq+ youth groups, and more have visited the sites to learn about the environment while camping under the stars!

Kids and their adult leaders can enjoy fishing off the shoreline, kayaking, stargazing, hiking, making s’mores, and so much more!

Five Mile Point consists of two large campsites that hold up to 25 individuals. Each site has a large fire ring and covered picnic table. There are outhouses available as well as a well pump for fresh water.

The sites are $50 each per night, which allows for a very affordable experience!
